Coco is a sweet and affectionate little girl with so much love to give. She’s happiest when curled up in your lap, soaking up all the snuggles. Unfortunately, at the end of 2024, Coco was diagnosed with IVDD, but thankfully, with no need for surgery, she’s made a strong recovery and is doing well.

However, due to a new addition to her family, her current owners are finding it difficult to give Coco the time and attention she truly deserves. So, we are now searching for a calm and loving home where Coco can get the care and affection she craves.

Coco currently shares her home with another dog and gets along just fine, but she can be reactive towards other dogs during walks. We feel that she would thrive in a home where someone is able to work with her on this behaviour, as some dedicated training would go a long way in helping her feel more comfortable.

When it comes to bedtime, Coco is content to sleep downstairs with the other dog, but if given the chance, she’ll happily snuggle up in bed with her humans. She loves attention, but she’s also fine being left alone for up to 4 hours at a time. Coco is house-trained and fine during car journeys too.

Requirements in a home:

  • Loving and calm home with someone who has plenty of time to give her
  • Adults only home or with older, sensible children (10+)
  • Could potentially live with another dog after successful meetings
  • No cats
